Samuel Konig

Meet Samuel Konig, a seasoned real estate broker with over 25 years of experience in the South Florida market. He specializes in commercial, investment and residential real estate, as well as development. Sam spent 12 years on Wall St working as a market maker equity trader and currently advises established companies in corporate finance and joint ventures. A  graduate of Brandeis University, Samuel is known for his trustworthiness and expertise in the
industry. His clients can always count on him to have their best interests in mind and to be readily available to them. In addition to his extensive experience, Samuel also has a wealth of experience and knowledge in real estate converting commercial office space to condo office space. Originally from Philadelphia, he lived in Caracas, Venezuela for 16 years and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
